Who we are

Stacey has been immersed in different healing modalities for over 20 years. She has a deep connection and reverence for the more-than-human world (animals, birds, land, rocks and spirit). This deep connection supports her in her daily life and those that come to see her.

Her own healing journey has traversed many landscapes from the inner spiritual world, navigating anxiety and trauma, burnout, and chronic disease; all the while becoming more at home in her own body.

Stacey has undertaken training in Bio-Energy healing, Reiki, Thai Massage, somatic based movement practices, and in 2014 completed a 2-year diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Body Intelligence.

Stacey provides Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions and Intuitive Healing sessions that focus on addressing client issues and connecting them to their body’s inner blueprint, health and wellbeing.

She has completed post graduate studies in supporting Mothers and Babies; working with the Vagus nerve, anxiety and fear, physical, mental and emotional trauma; and working with pain, embodiment and fascial restrictions. She has a special interest in supporting people with Long Haul Syndrome (Long CoVID or other inflammatory conditions), those impacted by Cancer and cancer treatments, and those wishing to connect more deeply with their own inner wisdom and spirit.

Stacey is a proud mum, lover of hiking and adventure, and fills her cup through spending time with family and friends, being in nature, dancing, and looking after her health, and body including strength training at the gym.
