Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a deeply transformative hands-on therapy that focuses on accessing and reconnecting to health within the clients’ body.

The pace of the treatment is client led. Utilising the body’s own intelligent treatment plan, held stress patterns or imbalances will resolve. Unaided by manipulation, the body may enter a phase of deep resourcing prior to completing its own re-organisation (structural re-alignment, nervous system and hormonal regulation, tissue or trauma release) before moving into a new state of balance.

Intuitive Healing works across body, mind, and spirit to resolve long held patterns and to restore alignment with your soul blueprint. The treatment is intuitively guided and each one can be a different experience. I call on all of my training, skills, self and spiritual development to listen deeply to what is needed in any particular session.
